Mission

  • To identify local needs accurately through participatory governance systems (Gram Sabha and Ward Sabha), and to prepare and implement development projects accordingly.
  • To establish quality standards and ensure the timely completion of drinking water supply, waste management, roads, street lighting, and public transportation facilities.
  • To strengthen healthcare and education by improving Anganwadi and school facilities, enhancing primary health centers, and implementing preventive healthcare programs.
  • To expand livelihood opportunities through self-help groups, farming collectives, micro-enterprises, and skill development training programs.
  • To ensure social justice by providing equal access to welfare schemes for marginalized communities, differently-abled persons, senior citizens, and migrant workers.
  • To promote environmental sustainability through rainwater harvesting, protection of rivers and ponds, tree plantation and conservation, and the encouragement of renewable energy.
  • To implement e-governance through the digitalization of services, transparent financial management, and social audits.
