The Annual Plan for the financial year 2024–25 has been formulated based on the comprehensive development objectives of the Grama Panchayat. Priority has been given to infrastructure development, social welfare, environmental protection, and poverty eradication across various sectors.

2. Major Projects and Sectors

🏠 Housing and Infrastructure

  • Construction and renovation of houses through the LIFE Housing Scheme
  • Development of basic infrastructure such as roads, electricity, and drinking water
  • A significant allocation has been made for public works

🌱 Sanitation and Environment

  • Purchase of equipment and vehicles for the Haritha Karma Sena
  • Strengthening of waste management through Clean Kerala Company

💡 Public Services

  • Maintenance and repair of street lights
  • Electricity charges and service-related expenses
  • Operational expenses of the Panchayat Office

👩‍👧 Social Welfare Schemes

  • ICDS and Anganwadi activities
  • Assistance for social security schemes
  • Employment, education, and women’s development programmes

💰 Financial Allocation

  • Plan funds are received from various sources, including:
    • Central and State Government funds
    • Local Self Government funds
    • Assistance from other agencies
  • Separate budget allocations and expenditure details have been recorded for each project.
